Week 2 — Model
We build a first optimisation or AI model and compare it with your current plan, side by side.
Week 3 — Decide
You get the result, the expected improvement in euros and hours, the risks, and a fixed-price proposal for the next step. Where the model can measure it, you also see how close the plan is to the best feasible solution.
